Summer … summer
I am back from the NIME 2006 conference at IRCAM in Paris where I had a fantastic time. I met and re-met many interesting people an had the opportunity to present the Frequencyliator, a tool for networked laptop music improvisation. There was a lot of good stuff there including many impressive concerts. It was definitely worth the trip.
I am off to Switzerland in a few days to go work and consult at the Montreux Jazz Festival. This year is the festival’s 40th anniversary. Amazing how long it has been going for.
